Equalimedia was passionately founded in Switzerland.

Our goal is to compile media, whether shows/TV series, books, films, bands or games which feature characters defying sexist stereotypes. We also do our best to find works which also feature characters with diverse ethnicities and body types. We have media from children to adults.

Although there are many different definitions of the word feminist, we could consider Equalimedia is a feminist database of media.
